A new report calls for a dramatic change in Massachusetts public school education.

A survey from the Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education says more than two-thirds of employers have a hard time finding employees with the right skills.

The report says bolstering the public school system is critical to prepare workers for a technologically driven economy.  The group's recommendations include more charter schools and major changes in teachers contracts.
