Celebrate National Cereal Day by Remembering Your Favorite Cereals from Childhood

In the spirit of National Cereal Day, we opened up the lines to callers for their favorite cereal growing up. Somehow Captain Crunch seems to be the clear winner, even though the sharp edges would cut the roof of your mouth. Frosted Flakes was a close second, followed by Lucky Charms and Kasey’s personal favorite, Coco Puffs. There were a few “different” ideas of how to enjoy these tasty breakfast staples though. One of the strangest preferences was eating plain Cheerios with coffee milk…and cheese! I must admit that I’m a little curious as to how she works the cheese into that concoction, but she said that she still enjoys it today.
