Healey Urges Supreme Court To Uphold EPA Power Plant Rules

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a federal rule aimed at reducing mercury and other pollutants from coal and oil-fired electric power plants.
