Officials at UMass Dartmouth announced the University's 50 Most Transformative Moments during a ceremony Friday night in the Claire T. Carney Library.

Those moments include the groundbreaking for the Dartmouth campus in 1964, joining the University of Massachusetts system in 1991, and creation of the UMass Law School at Dartmouth in 2010
