Candlelight Vigil Honors Survivors Of Homicide Victims

The survivors of a dozen homicide victims in New Bedford gathered Tuesday night at the Peace Garden at Acushnet Avenue and Russell Street to remember their loved ones.

Among them was 13 year old Jasiah Barros, the daughter of Christopher Barros who was gunned down nine years ago....
