WAREHAM — A California fugitive with an extensive criminal history was apprehended in Wareham Sunday morning.

Wareham Police Officers George Chandler and John Iacobucci arrested 46-year-old Timothy Millet, of Wareham, on High Street at around 10:30 a.m. Millet is a fugitive from California, wanted on an active warrant for violation of parole on a robbery charge.

Wareham Police detectives were aware Millet was in town and had been actively searching for him. Wareham officers noted that the warrant indicated Millet has an “extensive criminal history of assaultive behavior and poses a threat to the community.”
