Cinnamon and Sugar are the two newest residents of Buttonwood Zoo in New Bedford. These North American river otter pups are just 13 weeks old and have already stolen our hearts. They had their public debut this morning and it was absolutely adorable to see them follow mommy otter, Dani, around the pen. They swam and played together, but when one pup was momentarily separated from her mother, she gave a few quick yips to call to her and they were reunited again. They seemed perfectly content in their habitat and we look forward to watching them grow. Duncan and Donut are the two male otters at the zoo, but could not be seen out and about this morning.

If you'd like to visit Cinnamon and Sugar, or show any of the other animals some love, be sure to look into a membership at the zoo. And don't forget to checkout our "Seize the Deal" promotions Friday morning for access to your animal friends all year long. Plus it gives you free access to other zoos across the country like Capron Zoo in Attleboro! Don't miss out on this great family activity.
