A bus transporting the University of Maine women's basketball team has crashed north of Boston. Nearly two dozen students with minor injuries were taken by ambulance from the scene along Interstate 95 in Georgetown Tuesday night.

Witnesses say the driver was slumped over the wheel after the bus crossed from the southbound side of the interstate over a median and into the woods along the northbound side. The University of Maine's athletic director says the driver may have suffered some kind of medical issue. The team was due to play Boston University Wednesday night.
