Bristol Community College Site For Sale In Taunton

It has been a little bit over two months since Bristol Community College announced that it would vacate the diocese-owned, former Taunton Catholic Middle School on Summer Street in favor of a new academic site inside the Silver City Galleria mall.

According to the Taunton Daily Gazette, two weeks have passed since “a large ‘For Sale’ sign appeared at the front of the 7.25-acre property, which, besides the 33,000-plus square foot building includes a parking lot for more than 50 vehicles and what once was a baseball field in the rear.”

Ballow and Hutchinson Realty Group has been trying to sell the site.

So far, David Hutchinson stated that he has received some responses online since listing the property, but nothing close to a deal has been reached.
