Breaking News: Firefighters Battling Blaze At 45 Richmond Street.
BREAKING NEWS. New Bedford Firefighters are battling a structure fire at 45 Richmond St. A dispatcher tells WBSM News, they received an initial report that a propane tank exploded in the back of the building, igniting the fire around 1:30pm. Two families have been displaced. No injuries have been reported.
