New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's request for a en banc rehearing in his Deflategate trial against the NFL was rejected Wednesday, by the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Despite losing this latest appeal, Brady's legal team can, and is expected to, take it's appeal to the US Supreme Court.

According to a Boston Globe report, however, the chance of winning that appeal seems highly unlikely, especially since the Second Circuit just denied the appeal and the Supreme Court is set for taking on few cases at a time.

So for now, it appears that Commissioner Roger Goodell and his blind, crooked and unfair power will be given the green light to wreak havoc on the NFL. His ability to play judge, jury and executioner in any case, whether there is no evidence of guilt and independent studies done on the subject are found to be completely dependent on the league, has been reaffirmed once again.

Pats backup Jimmy Garoppolo will now likely start the team's first four games this season. Garappolo has zero starting experience in the league but the Patriots should be more than capable of weathering the first month and winning probably three games.
