Tom Brady didn't play in the Pats Monday Night preseason match up against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was nice to see some of the other New England talent show off a bit. Ryan Mallet was the passing leader for the Patriots. Mallet was 10-20 with 105 yards and a touchdown.

Nick Foles led the way for Philly after Michael Vick went down early. Foles was  18-28 with 217 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Vick left the game, but x-rays were negative. The Philadelphia coaching staff elected to not have him come back as a precaution.
