The good times kept rolling for New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady today, as the veteran signal caller was awarded the AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for his performance in the team's 36-7 win over the Miami Dolphins this past Thursday.

Playing on short rest, as the NFL continues to attempt to dominate every day of the week, the 38-year-old tore apart the suspect Dolphins defense.

On the night, Brady completed 26 of 38 pass attempts for 356 yards. He also threw four touchdown passes, while managing to stay interception free throughout the game.

The award marks the 25th time Brady has snagged AFC Player of the Week honors, throughout his illustrious career. That ranks him second on the all-time list to Peyton Manning.

Brady also took home the AFC Player of the Month honors for the month of September, earlier this season. On the year, the future hall-of-famer has completed 68.8 percent of his passes for 2,410 yards and 20 touchdowns. He is currently on pace to break Manning's single season passing yards record.
