A day after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced he would be upholding Tom Brady's four game suspension, the Patriots' Quarterback issued a response.

In the response, posted on Brady's Facebook page Wednesday morning, Brady said he was disappointed by Goodell's ruling and said that neither he or any equipment person did anything wrong.

Brady also addressed the issues revolving around his cellphone, saying his Samsung phone broke and he replaced it with an iPhone 6 which he says was replaced "AFTER my attorneys made it clear to the NFL that my actual phone device would not be subjected to investigation under ANY circumstances. "

He also said he was never told that failing to subject his cellphone to investigation would result in any discipline.

Brady that he has "never written, texted, emailed to anybody at anytime, anything related to football air pressure before this issue was raised at the AFC Championship game in January."

He also says that all the cell phone records and text messages that the Ted Wells had requested.

Brady added that while he respected the Commissioner's authority, the Commissioner has to also respect his rights as a private citizen.
