Selling bottled water will be against the law in one Massachusetts town come the new year.  The State Attorney General's office has approved a bylaw passed by residents in Concord.  Starting January 1st, single-serving plastic water bottles cannot be sold.  Stores that violate the ban could be fined up to 50-dollars.
