Both sides of the argument are fired up after Fairhaven Wind decided to defy a Board of Health order by running the turbines 24/7. Developer Sumul Shah says the order allows the turbines to continue operation until a hearing is scheduled.

Speaking on WBSM's "More Than Just Talk", John Methia of Windwise says Fairhaven Wind is backed into a corner.

A recent DEP study found the turbines exceeded state noise regulations on a number of occassions. Dan Freitas of Friends of Fairhaven Wind says those claims are false, or at least exaggerated.

Freitas says he hopes all parties can come to some sort of compromise, though he believes it's unlikely.
