Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Indicted
The Justice Department is announcing charges against the surviving Boston Marathon Bombing suspect.
U-S Attorney Carmen Ortiz. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is facing 30 counts, including using a weapon of mass destruction.
He and his brother Tamerlan are accused of setting off a pair of bombs that tore through crowds at the finish line of the race in April, killing three and wounding hundreds.
