DARTMOUTH - A Boston man is arrested in Dartmouth for allegedly using counterfeit money at a store in the Dartmouth Mall.

Dartmouth Police were called to the mall at approximately 4:15 p.m. Monday to investigate the use of fake bills at Olympia Sports.

Police identified the man accused of passing the counterfeit money as Jaumell Clayton, 27, of Boston. Clayton was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest.

During a search of his person, police found more counterfeit bills and a small amount of cocaine.

Police arrested Clayton, charging him with possession of counterfeit notes, uttering counterfeit notes, and possession of a Class B substance in addition to the outstanding warrants.
