After a disappointing game four performance, the Boston Bruins were able to finally eliminate the New York Rangers on Saturday.

The New York Rangers scored first in game five, but it would be their first and only goal of the game. After the first period it was all Bruins. The B's would score twice in the second period, and once more for insurance in the third.

Two of the Bruins three goals were put in the net by Gregory Campbell. Tuukka Rask stopped 28 shots on goal. The Bruins looked like an entirely different team than in game four. The next test for Boston will be the Pittsburgh Penguins, who eliminated the Ottawa Senators on Friday.
