After that, motorists started sending in entries with a common theme: the Boston accent! Some read, Check Ya Mirrah,” and “If you’re driving slowa, move ovah.” So the State made this into a contest and winners of Mass DOT’s highway safety slogans were revealed.
Each winnah can feel a sense of pride for a weekend on state roads when their entry is flashing to thousands of motorists passing by. Do you have a suggestion for us to post right heya? “Make ya mah proud,” and leave us some Boston baked wisdom.
