“Boobies” Bracelet Wins Out Of Court

Metro News - The Supreme Court is declining to hear a case centering on breast cancer awareness bracelets that read "I 'heart' boobies."

The court's decision not to take up the case gives a victory to two Pennsylvania middle school students. Brianna Hawk and Kayla Martinez wore the bracelets in 2010 leading up to National Breast Cancer Awareness Day, and both were suspended by the Easton Area School District.

The girls' parents challenged the punishment on free speech grounds.
