Accused Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is due to make a court appearance on Monday.

Tsarnaev's attorneys, prosecutors and the judge in his trial will talk about the charges against the 20-year-old suspected of detonating bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon with his brother.

Tsarnaev pled not guilty to 30 charges in his last court appearance.  He still bore the scars from his arrest, which came after days on the run that included a shootout with police that killed his brother Tamerlan.

Three of his friends have pled not guilty to interfering with the investigation into the bombing. (Metro Networks Inc)
