Body Found At New Bedford’s Gomes School

The body of an 18 year old woman was found at Gomes Elementary School in New Bedford.Police say that the woman was unresponsive, and had died of an apparent suicide. According to Police, someone passing by the playground saw the body, and called the police.

The woman, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at St. Lukes hospital.
