Body Found at Fort Taber in New Bedford Indentified

New Bedford Police say the body found Wednesday at Fort Tabor in the South Rnd, is that of a 28 year old Providence man. 

Det. Captain Steven Vicente tells WBSM News, Rasheen Garrett was last seen alive Tuesday afternoon by his girlfriend in Providence.

An autopsy was completed, but the cause of death has not been made public.

The District Attorney's office and New Bedford Police are investigating.
