Update: Bill Clinton Will Visit New Bedford

Update:  Mayor Jon Mitchell says former President Bill Clinton will visit New Bedford Tuesday to campaign for his wife.  Clinton will speak outside the Buttonwood Park Warming House at 12:05pm Tuesday.

Bill Clinton was in New Bedford once before. In 2002 he was in the Whaling City campaigning on behalf of Shannon O'Brien in her unsuccessful bid for governor.

Hillary Clinton is locked in a tight struggle with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders in Tuesday's Democratic Primary in Massachusetts.
