Bike Crashes Into Car In Fairhaven

Fairhaven Police are investigating an incident Monday afternoon where a bicycle ridden by a male juvenile crashed into car on the Alden Road extension. The incident happened around 2:30pm.

]According to witnesses, the bike collided with the car head on, and the juvenile was dislodged from the bike, but grabbed the car bumper to stop himself from sliding underneath the vehicle.

An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, but the boy refused care. Fairhaven Police Sgt. Kevin Kobza says the incident remains under investigation.
