MTV reported how one lucky duck just cashed in big money from a scratch ticket! 19 year old, Deisi Ocampo, received the golden ticket from her father on her birthday. She scratched it the next day and went into shock as she realized she had just won FOUR MILLION DOLLARS! She plans to share the money with her father so he can buy a new house for the family. She will use her money to pay for school so she can "become a nurse and take care of babies."
