Beer Pong Goes High-Tech at MIT

The beer pong games at one fraternity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are getting a high-tech boost.

Outsmarting Technologies has created a beer pong table for the 21st century called The Formidable Beer Pong Table. The table was created for the Phi Beta Epsilon fraternity at MIT. The table is equipped with a mechanism that will clean and sanitize beer-soaked ping pong balls, as well as a gutter that assures that any spilled booze is washed away.

The table is also fairly durable. A YouTube video of the table shows a student jumping onto the table to test its strength. It also contains illuminated lettering.

The Formidable Beer Pong Table runs around $1,200.
