Beat the Heat – Eat Frozen Fruit
This is one of my favorite ways to snack in the hot summer heat. Pop a frozen piece of fruit in your mouth and instantly you have a cold, flavorful, different and enjoyable treat.
Frozen pineapple chunks are like nectar, frozen raspberries are simply awesome and frozen honey dew melon balls are so good! By the way, the fresh fruit you buy is losing nutrients and vitamins everyday, while frozen fruit is picked and frozen at the peak of goodness!
