Governor Charlie Baker will be the featured speaker Saturday during commencement exercises at Bristol Community College in Fall River.

Baker will also be awarded an honorary associates degree during the ceremony which starts at 11am.

B-C-C says they have one of the largest community college graduating classes in the state. College spokesman Kevin Spirlet says approximately 16-hundred-50 associate degrees and certificates will be awarded on Saturday.

The commencement ceremony will also be the final one for B-C-C President John Sbrega, who is retiring August 1st after serving 17 years as President.
