A Massachusetts teen arrested on terrorism charges after a Facebook post will remain in jail.

A judge denied bail for 18-year-old Cameron D'Ambrosio after the teen posted lyrics about the Boston Bombings on his Facebook page. D'Ambrosio was charged with "communicating terrorist threats" and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

The case has sparked outrage online from activists who say the arrest is a violation of D'Ambrosio's First Amendment rights.
