There have been 280,000 baby rattles and more than 37,000 crib mobiles recalled by VTech Toys.

According to WPRI 12, the ears on the "Shake & Sing" elephant rattles can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

VTech has received five incident reports related to the rattles. No injuries have been reported, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The recalled rattles have the model number 80-184800.  They were sold online and at retailers nationwide from Nov. 2015 through Nov. 2017 for around $8.

Also, VTech is recalling its "Lights & Lullabies" travel mobile.

The CPSC states that the clamp which attaches from the mobile to the crib rail can break, which could cause the mobile to fall into the crib.

The recalled mobiles were sold in pink and blue for around $25 from Feb. 2017 through Nov. 2017.

The model numbers involved in the "Lights & Lullabies" travel mobile recall include 80-503000 and 80-503050.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact VTech for a full refund or a replacement product.

VTech can be reached on its website or by phone at 800-521-2010 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
