Pete was born and raised in the New Bedford area and got interested in radio when he was a teenager. He's been doing the morning show here at WBSM since 1989. He lives in Fairhaven with his wife Priscilla and their 4 children. He's very active in youth sports coaching baseball and softball. He admits to being addicted to the internet but claims it's "research" for the morning show.

U.S. authorities believe three American teenage girls from suburban Denver may have been trying to join Islamic State (ISIS) militants in Syria.
