Around Town With Phil: Network with the SouthCoast Chamber

The SouthCoast Chamber will be holding its next Business After Hours on Thursday, May 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Groundwork! and Leadership SouthCoast, located at 1213 Purchase Street in New Bedford.

The Chamber's Business After Hours provides an opportunity for members and non-members to mingle and build business relationships in an informal, relaxed business setting. These networking mixers are held on a monthly basis, in partnership with member businesses and attract business professionals from many industries. The event includes complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and a raffle prize.

Collaboration, engagement, and building community through connection: these are just some of the values that guide the work of this month’s Business After Hours co-hosts. Join Groundwork! and Leadership SouthCoast for a fun evening to network and celebrate the arrival of spring! Swing by to learn about the work of both organizations, enjoy the sounds of Buttonwood Brass, and view artwork by local artist Tracy Barbosa.

There will be a cash bar and yummy bites by Destination Soups and Cakes by Lucy. You won’t want to miss it!

Attending the Business After Hours is free for Chamber members and their guests, and $25 for non-members. The event includes complimentary hor d’oeuvres, cash bar, and a raffle prize.
