They market e-cigarettes as a great alternative to smoking cigarettes, that pollute the air and cause cancer, but are these electronic vapor devices safe for your use?

WebMD says a study suggests e-cigarette's do not harm the heart. Tobacco cigarettes certainly do! A team of medical scientists from Athens, however, found that although we don't know the lasting harm that could be caused by this device, they found an immediate rise in airway resistance.

This suggests e-cigarette's can cause immediate harm after smoking, but that more research is needed to understand whether the harm is long lasting.

What are your thoughts? Do you think smoking e-cigarette vapor is safe or not?
