The 37th Annual Apple Peach Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 10 and 11, at the Long Plain Museum, 1203 Main St in Acushnet. Admission and parking for the festival is free.

According to South Coast Today.com, a variety of fun crafts and activities will be available for children from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A bounce house, dunk tank, and face painting booth are among the fun activities.

There will be numerous groups that will perform at the festival, and the line-up concludes on Saturday with headliners Blue Lobsta, performing from 4 to 6 p.m.

On Sunday, the entertainment kicks off with a 10 a.m. demonstration by the Gonsalves Tae Kwon Do school’s students and staff, followed by musical performances for the rest of the day. Sunday's line-up concludes with headliner Murphy’s Law from 4 to 6 p.m.

Also, the annual festival parade starts Sunday morning at 10 a.m. from Pope Park, and heads to the festival grounds at the museum. Prizes will be awarded to the best floats in several categories.
