Another company that lost out in its bid to open a medical marijuana dispensary in Massachusetts has sued the state, alleging its application was scored incorrectly.

It's the fourth lawsuit that claims the state awarded 20 provisional licenses too hastily.

Dawn Blake Souza of CALM New Bedford and her partner Apex have also filed suit against the state for the same reasons. She tells WBSM's "Mid-Day Live" she wants the Department of Public Health to re-do the process the right way, but prospective patients shouldn't be kept waiting.

Souza says the state was lax in background checks for all applicants, and played favorites.

CALM and Apex's case will be heard in Suffolk County Superior Court on March 27th.
