It's no doubt that most of America are middle class blue collar folks. Unfortunately the jobs that many have to get by aren't paying as much as they used too.

Bureau of Labor Statistics published a new report on Friday that said that 7 out of the 10 most common jobs in the United States are now making less than $30,000 a year, while the nations average income still remains at $47,790.

So who is making the least amount? It seems as though food prep workers are getting far less than they used too get. The third most popular job in the country is only making around $18,000 a year. Retail workers are the most popular job, with 4.3 million employees in the field, and they only make $25,310 a year.

According to Yahoo Finance nursing is the only popular job in the USA that actually pays a decent wage, at near $68,000 a year.
