Amazing Cheer Video

If you thought cheer leading was just pom-poms and rah-rah, you haven't seen cheering in a while!  It's amazing what it has become, this video shows male and female cheerleaders doing a little warm-up before they go into competition.  The move that amazes is me, is when they toss the woman in the air and catch them with one hand.  Watch and you will be amazed too.
