Alves: Council Being Kept “In The Dark” About Marine Commerce Terminal

City Councilor David Alves feels the Council is being kept in the dark about future operations at the Marine Commerce Terminal, now under construction in the South End.

Alves has authored a motion for Thursday night's Council meeting, asking officials with the Mass. Clean Energy Center to invite the Council for a tour and provide more details on the project.

The Marine Commerce Terminal is a $100-million project being paid for by the state.
