Acushnet Man Dies In Vermont ATV Crash

Vermont State Police say a Massachusetts man has died in an ATV crash in the town of Concord.

Police said 42-year-old Frank Baker Jr. of Acushnet  lost control of the ATV about 10 p.m. Thursday. The ATV went off the trail and Baker was thrown from the vehicle.

According to the Police, Baker was not wearing a helmet. He was given CPR at the scene of the accident, but paramedics were not able to resuscitate him. Police will continue to investigate the crash. Authorities do believe that alcohol was involved.
