Acushnet Man Accused Of Stealing From Disabled Veteran

An Acushnet man is being sought for allegedly stealing from a disabled veteran.

Yarmouth Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for 36-year-old Kevin Lima for allegedly stealing a beach bag belonging to disabled Marine Veteran Robert Watson during a visit to Cape Cod Inflatable Park last week.

Lima is believed to be in the greater New Bedford area and is being sought on charges of Felony Larceny over $250 and FelonyLarceny of a Credit Card.

Police say many of the items, including a pair of custom made hearing aids, have been recovered but Lima remains at large.

Anyone with information on Lima's location is being asked to contact their local police department.

Drop offs are also being accepted at Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters at 340 Higgins Crowell Rd, West Yarmouth, MA 02673
