Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is again being denied bail.

Fall River Superior Court Judge Renee Dupris says Hernandez was a flight risk.

Hernandez is accused in a murder last week near his Boston area home.

The Patriots released him Wednesday following his arrest.

There are reports he is also being investigated in a double homicide in 2012.

Dupris cited a high level of evidence against Hernandez, which includes ballistics evidence and items seized in searches related to last week's killing of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd.  He was found shot to death.
