9/11 Memorial Will Break Ground In Newton

Many of us were touched by the events of September 11, 2001. Now, 11 years later, we still take time to remember what happened on that fateful day. The town of Newton will be unveiling a brand new 9/11 Memorial this year. The ceremony to launch the memorial will take place on September 11th.

On hand will be the Mayor, who will deliver a speech about the events. The memorial was designed by Mark Sangiolo, a former resident of Newton. The ceremony will take place at the Newton Fire Headquarters, and it will begin at 6 P.M.
