White was in New Bedford last night, briefing members of the City Council about the project. Construction bids for the Terminal project are scheduled to be opened Friday afternoon at 2 in Boston. White says there’s been a lot of interest by prospective bidders. New Bedford’s Commissioner of Public Infrastructure Ron Labelle is a member of the committee reviewing the bids.
