NEW BEDFORD - Four decades are in the books for the New Bedford Half-Marathon after a blustery Sunday afternoon.

There was certainly a chill in the air but luckily no snow fell on the 13.1 mile course throughout the heart of the city.

Over 2,000 runners completed the course.

Louis Serafini of Brighton was first to cross the finish line at 1:06:20, while Katie Moraczzewski of Cambridge was the first woman to cross the finish line at 1:18:02.

Full results of all racers can be found HERE.

The wind also couldn't keep away the hundreds of spectators cheering on the runners. Among the crowd was activist and Boston Marathon Bombing hero Carlos Arredondo.
