2012 Black Friday Hours in Dartmouth, Massachusetts

The Dartmouth Select Board approved the proposed Black Friday opening times for Toys "R" Us, Kohl's and Dick's Sporting Goods. Kohl's will open at midnight, Dick's at 12:30 a.m. and Toys "R" Us at 1 a.m. The town already approved a midnight opening for the Dartmouth Mall and a 12:30 a.m. opening for Macy's and Sears.

Dartmouth has a bylaw prohibiting retailers from opening before 4 a.m. on Black Friday unless they submit a crowd-control plan to the police department and petition the Select Board for permission.
