Police continue to investigate two fatal shootings in Springfield over the weekend.

Police say 25-year-old Adriana Bonet was shot at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot next to a pizza restaurant. Two men she was with were also struck after an argument with another group of people.

A 29-year-old man was fatally shot at about 10 p.m. Saturday outside a convenience store following a confrontation with a group of men. His name has not been made public.

No arrests have been made in either shooting.

There have now been 14 homicides in the city this year.

Police say one person was arrested in connection with a non-fatal shooting outside a city club at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
