FALL RIVER — The 16-year-old juvenile accused of killing another teen in Fall River last week will be arraigned in Fall River Tuesday.

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says Michael Holloway, 16, of Fall River, has waived rendition in Rhode Island and will be transferred to Massachusetts where he will be arraigned in Fall River District Court Tuesday afternoon. Holloway is being charged with one count of murder.

Holloway was arrested Thursday night in Warwick, Rhode Island in connection with the murder of William Wheeler,17, also of Fall River.

Authorities responded to a report of a stabbing after an altercation at 96 Fountain Street in Fall River at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13. Wheeler was found lying on the floor suffering from a stab wound. He was rushed to St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River where he was pronounced dead at 12:42 a.m. on Thursday.
